Glove, helmet, bat if they have one, water bottle, extra socks, sun hat or helmet sunscreen. Cleats and team jersey on game days. Label everything.
Games: 45 minutes before first pitch. Exact times are on the Schedule. Practice: 10 minutes early. Text the head coach if you will be late or absent so the lineup can be set.
We follow the league field status. Coaches will text if a game moves or cancels. If lightning is in the area, we leave the field.
Cheer for effort. No coaching from the fence. Questions about playing time wait until the day after a game. Umpires get respect even when we disagree.
No bats swinging outside the cage or on-deck area. Cups recommended. Known allergies are listed on the Schedule snack section. Share extra medical notes with coaches privately.
Family expectations, dues, insurance, guest play, communication, and tournament notes. Please read it at the start of the season.
Picture day is on the schedule. Game photos go in the gallery (same-day shots group into folders). Ask before posting other people’s kids on social media.
